I want to apologize for the lack of posts other than the song of the day. Although I'm fairly sure my mom is the only person who reads this anyway. Anyhow to make up for it, here is a brief summary of my life for the past week or so.

I got a library card. Long overdue too, I hadn't read in months, and I already feel my IQ rising back to normal levels. Also, I got my brakes fixed on my car finally, thanks to Kevin and Taylor. So now I have transportation which is very good because it's hard to find rides, as I no longer possess the skills to do so. I helped my mom fix some of the HTML in her blog causing it to glitch out, surprisingly I still remember a fair amount of it. I went bowling, also with Kevin and Taylor. Other than that, just the usual, chillin' at home, service, and work.

So, yesterday me and Brit went to a board game party. We had some awesome steak and potato salad made by Kevin who is an amazing cook. Anyhow, we were going to play Attack!, a strategy game that takes quite a bit of time to set up and even more time to play. A game quite like Risk.  Well, about 45 minutes into setting up the game, we find out that Sam and Keanna need to be home at 10:30. Some talk of just cleaning up and doing something else was going on since we didn't really have a ton of time to finish the game. At that moment, Brit thought we had come to a final decision and threw her phone at the board scattering the 150 or so pieces on it. Though it was funny, it was kinda lame since we were just barely about to get to the fun part of the game. So, it ended up that I just played a game of chess with Brian and nearly won. That's a great accomplishment, since he's an amazing chess player.

I like very little of Paramore's music, but this is a pretty cool song.

Today started with me waking up at 6. I forgot to change my alarm that I had set for yesterday, and so I was awake 2 hours earlier than I needed to be. Needless to say, I went back to sleep, and woke up an hour later than I needed to be, causing me to miss service. I then went to work and proceeded to tell my boss that since my car was broken down for the 8th time this month, I would be giving up my driver position, and therefore 6 of my already lacking hours. I am now down to 8 hours a week, depending on subbing for other people's shifts. So a lame morning to say the least. However, my evening has been quite a bit better. I finally got into gold league on Starcraft 2 (see right) and have Jeremiah over to hang out, which is always cool. And now I'm killing time writing this exceedingly long post.

Since the rest of my family has made a blog on here and Facebook has become a swirling black hole of games and spam, I've decided to return to blogging. The advantage of which is that I can post music on a blog like this. So keep an eye on the playlist on the right there, as I will be periodically adding songs to the top of it.
